Our products are hand made in house, in small batches on Tamborine Mountain, Queensland. Contact us if you live close by and we can hand deliver them to you.

The Leaf Skincare Co. products are created with the oil pressed from hemp seeds, which is perfectly legal. There are many misconceptions about the Cannabis plant and many people aren’t aware of all the different extractions available from just the one plant. However, we do include CBD infused oil to these products - please check with your current government guidelines about importing these to your country. The terpenes, which gives all plants their signature odour, used in our products are extracted from a vast array of plants, fruits & herbs, yet they share the exact same terpenes as the Cannabis plant. This is why you can have the same notes in your Lemon Haze as you can in your lemonade!

Yes. Our products are totally safe! The fragrances in our products are derived from natural essential oils and extracts. All products meet the required 1% or less formulation of essential oils/extracts to ensure the least risk of any irritation to your skin. Check in with us to see which of our products are Vegan, as we do include Beeswax in some of the formulations. The Leaf Skincare Co. strives to make products that are simple & and safe for everyone, even if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. This said, we still recommend checking with your medical professional if you have any concerns.

We have partnered with local botanical extract companies in Australia who source as much as they can from local growers & farmers, along with trustworthy co-ops around the world who produce only the highest quality oils. Majority of our ingredients are able to be traced back to exactly where they have been grown. We put in the work so that you can have peace of mind knowing what you are putting onto your skin is of the highest quality and supporting local businesses across Australia.

We have sourced packaging that is almost entirely recyclable. We package our products in glass or recyclable PPE plastic containers to make for easy recycling or refilling if you live locally to Tamborine Mountain, Queensland. And we make sure to wrap them in eco-friendly protective wrap that you can put straight in to the recycling bin or compost! The postage satchels all display the Australian Recycling Label so that you will know exactly what to do with them!

Empty glass bottles can be recycled (please separate the tops and the bottoms – the tops will have to go into landfill. Contact us if you would like to send back your empty bottles & receive a discount on your next order. If you live locally to the Gold Coast and would like to refill your bottles – we would love that too! Please contact us on hello@theleafskinco.com to arrange your refill!

We ship through regular AusPost postage. with everything going on in the world unfortunately we can’t give an exact date to expect your delivery! However, we will provide you with a tracking number as soon as it is available so you can keep watch from our door to yours. If you have the ability to get to us on the Tamborine Mountain, you are more than welcome to pick your order. Can I return my products? Unfortunately, because we are a very small business, we do not accept refunds for change of mind, but if your product is unopened, you may have a credit for future purchases!
